De tre 1900-talsmystikerna Emilia Fogelklou, Martin Buber och Emmanuel Levinas menar alla att nära möten med andra männ- iskor leder till Gud. Men hur är det med den anställdes möte med församlingsbon? Kan det vara nära och innerligt samtidigt som det är ansvarstagande och professionellt? Eller har Emilia Fogelklou rätt när hon skriver att andligt ledarskap inte passar de djupast religiösa?
